Getting Started

Foundations

While some new members will be prepared to drop in on our group training sessions, we realize that many will be new to our movements and methods.  The Foundations Program is designed to determine your current physical capacity, introduce the foundational movements utilized during our workouts, and teach you how to perform each movement safely and effectively.  Completion of these classes and demonstrated proficiency of each exercise will maximize the benefit of your training and ensure the safety of all members.

The Foundations Program includes nine 1-hour sessions.  The class format includes warmup, movement introduction, movement practice, mini-WOD (workout of the day), and a Q & A session.  Foundational movements include squats, presses, pullups, lifts, and other movements.  Classes will also cover topics such as flexibility assessments, warm-up and mobility drills, nutrition for weight loss and performance, recovery techniques, and keeping a training log.

Upcoming Programs
A new Foundations Program begins soon.  Classes are held on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays or Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays.  Space will be limited.  If you or someone you know is interested, please contact us.
