2010 Garage Games
Dates: Saturday & Sunday, February 6-7, 2010
Location: Woodstock, GA
41Fitness trainer David, 41Fitness member Brandon Cobb, and friend Christina Van Der Hulst competed in the Garage Games. Christina won 1st place overall in the Advance Female category. Mercedes Marathon, Half-Marathon and Relay
Date: Sunday, February 14, 2010
Location: Birmingham, AL
Congratulations to 41Fitness team members: David, Kelly, Michael, Scott, and Christina who placed 18th (out of 118 teams) in the Birmingham Marathon 5-Person Relay. Their official time was 3:48:26.
Alabama/Mississippi/Tennessee Sectionals (2010 CrossFit Games)
Dates: Saturday & Sunday, March 6-7, 2010
Location: Brahan Springs Park and Recreation Center, Huntsville, AL
The AL/MS/TN Sectional will send 15 men and 15 women to the SouthEast Regional Qualifier where they will compete with athletes from the Carolinas, Florida, and Georgia.
SouthEast Regional Qualifier for the 2010 Crossfit Games
Dates: Saturday & Sunday, May 15-16
Location: TBA
The SouthEast Regional Qualifier will send 4 men and 4 women from Alabama, Georgia, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee to compete for the titles of World’s Fittest Man and World’s Fittest Woman at the 2010 CrossFit Games.
Warrior Dash

Location: Mountain City, GA
Welcome to America’s most insane race. Warrior Dash lands in the Southeast for the first time in 2010 where 11 obstacles from hell await this 3.22 mile course. Are you a warrior?
