LOL… Kelly I had the same reaction when I went to the gym this morning. Unfortunately I’m not physically incapability’s will not allow me to do 100 burpees.. So I had to do 100 pushups, step-ups, and sit-ups. I’ll come in tonight and try for 50 Burpees.

Well, I’m not going to make it into the gym to do this as I am still at work and it is 6:30, but I will do this when I get home tonight.
