Who wanted a taste? I didn’t want a taste. Did anyone ask for a taste? I’m sure I didn’t ask for a taste. Thanks! This looks like a 35 min workout for me.

Oh, you know you want a taste! You’ll be thanking us as soon as you finish. If you were running, it might take you 35 minutes. But because of you are still in recovery, you will sub a 500m row for each 400m run.

I expect you to bring it as usual! See you tonight! ;-)

I could stand a taste, but I can’t eat THAT much!

19:25. I only did 15 pull ups per round and my arms still felt like jelly.

I was accused of cheating and I’m not happy about it!!! So what if my dog pulled me…I wasn’t on roller blades ; )

Josh – at least we know what to get you for your birthday. A pair of those heelys skate shoes. :-)

I only did 15 Pullups too, if it was 25 I would still be there.

Kelly I think he was wearing heelys

Josh next time you pull the dog and that will even it out.

No respect…It was my fantastic “Pose” running!

  Jennie wrote @ March 12, 2010 at 3:21 pm

Pose?! LOL! The only person who did “pose” running last night was David when he was instructing.

I don’t think you were cheating….because I saw Bailey picking up the slack on the leash by holding it in her mouth when you came back from each of the runs. BAAAhahahahaaha ;-)
