- 10 Burpees
- 30 Wall Balls
- 10 Burpees
- 30 KB Swings
- 10 Burpees

This was a 5-6 minute WOD for most. “Nice work” to those who played. :-)

If I had a dime for every time someone said they love burpees….yeah, I would not have any extra change whatsoever… :-P
