Oh man! I was planning to do the Underground Strength WOD from yesterday. Now I can’t choose between that one and today’s Group and Strength WODs. Hey David, which one will make my arms look swoll? My CrossFit certification is this weekend and I want some mooscles before then. ;-)

That one was rough! And really long!!! 30 minutes and some change! Whew glad that one’s done!
