9:30 on the dot. Burpees suck…
Oh yeah – Scott Recchio did it in 5:40.
Christina and I did Grace [30 clean & jerks for time] in her home garage gym. She used 95# and finished in 4 minutes on the nose. I did 75# and finished in 4:36, which is a big improvement for me. The last [and first] time I did Grace (in September), I used 65# and it took me 6+ minutes. I played around with 95# and was able to do some clean & jerks. Woohoo!
