Burpee Battle – 3 Rounds
In pairs, person A and person B.

1a. Person A runs 400m. Person B performs as many burpees as possible.
1b. Person B runs 400m. Person A performs as many burpees as possible.

Total the burpees completed in all three rounds for your score.

If you like friendly competition you will run your 400m as fast as possible to limit the number of burpees your counterpart completes. If you are compassionate you finish your 400m as fast as possible to limit the suffering inflicted on your counterpart.

Motivation for everyone. But, the most important thing is to keep moving and give it your all.
